Maintenance & Operations Tax Hike for LISD

Just wondering what Lumberton citizens think about the proposed LISD M & O tax increase that doesn't require an election to be passed?" And, "Hindsight being 20/20, if the previous bond propositions had passed, how would you feel about them now that they can increase our taxes this additional amount w/o an election?

I am not happy about the tax increase. I am glad the bond did not get pasted however, because with the tax increase and the bond it would be to much. I do not like the fact that the tax increase was voted on without the peoples knowledge or input on it. It is down right wrong! Twisted Evil
